Assessment day in London. The day comprises an individual written exercise, a group exercise responding to a development proposal, a tour round the building with 2 current graduate employees and an individual interview with 2 management staff.

How would your current experience translate into the role
Relativity straight forward with expected questions. Heavily based on the company, asking a lot about Arup. And their values. The interview process is time consuming. Would recommend the company to others.
