I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Arup
Interview
Phone interview was first. Pretty basic, just asked stuff on your resume.
In person interview was decent. Not stressful at all. They ask you to make a presentation on a certain topic, such as the technical work you have done, and why you are a good fit for Arup. The engineers are really nice about it.

Question 1
Not really difficult, it was laid back. Just be friendly with them.
Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2025

It was simple — you’ll receive a link to record a short, pre-recorded video where you share your experiences or answer questions displayed on your screen. The process is quick, clear, and easy to complete online.
