Group exercise, technical/competency interview. Arup's values are key and also challenging in the group exercise is important. Read Ove Arup's key speech and you should be fine. In the group exercise, the key values also played a part.
Three parts: technical interview where a building schematic and questions were given, then talking through the answers to said questions, then generic interview questions about company / past experience, then case study interview where a brief were given to decide the feasibility of a project.
