Interview
Interview consisted of various stages that included competency, and logical reasoning as part of psychometric assessment. The final stage is an assessment centre with a case study, technical question, and interview with hiring team.
Online questions - answered online question in October, received communication in January saying I was still under consideration, however no further communication has been made. I have read this is common in the hiring process.

Describe a recent experience which presented you with a new challenge and involved doing something different or finding a new approach.
3 stages. interview, group task and written exercise. The questions all depend on the job you have applied for. During my interview, I was asked around 20 questions and was interviewed by 2 people. I found the written exercise the easiest
