I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Arup (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Telephone Interview mainly based on behavioral competencies. Was quite an awkward interview with the interviewer taking long periods of time to take notes. As-well the interviewer was asking basic questions that could have been picked up from my CV.
I applied online. I interviewed at Arup (Leeds, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Assessment day was engaging and challenging, what I had expected to get into such a big company. The only thing that I have taken a dislike towards ARUP is their recruitment process. This is the second time I have been offered an interview, both times I have had to wait 6-8 months in the dark. After the interview I only found out I was unsuccessful 3 months later as I was starting a completely new job.
The interview process was easy. The assessment centre has different sections and are time based. So we need not worry about giving the wrong answer, but they assess our thinking process.
