I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arup (Perth, Western Australia) in Oct 2016
Interview
Interview for a graduate position at the Perth office. Very relaxed interview, was interviewed by two engineers who seemed quite relaxed (if not a little bit too relaxed). Applied online through standard methods, was called up by HR and invited for an interview. Had to complete a fairly easy online behavioral, numerical and perception type (shapes) test, just google a few example tests similar to what ARUP use and train up for awhile before attempting anything.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked questions such as:
1) Where were you born and whether you have any background?
2) What type of project (Honors) did you complete at University and what were the results?
3) Why do you want to work at a consulting firm and do you have any other skills that can benefit the firm?
4) What are your plans for the future and how can ARUP help you fulfill them?
Online questionnaire followed by in person panel interview. The interview was mainly behavuoural and personality focussed with some mock situation questions. No technical questions asked and the interview was peofessional but not much pressure.
