Applied online and got phone interview. online process wasn't too daunting - though all grades from every module taken at university needed to be supplied. It doesn't matter too much if you don't have a referral but is preferred. The questions in the online application were about how your values resonated with Arups', how the modules you take will help with the role, and a project you are interested in/are proud of.
