Does Arup offer massages?

Pros

Fantastic culture, brilliant colleagues, truly flexible working, great working conditions, opportunities to work on the projects you want to work on. Brilliant office cafe with free barista coffees and tasty pastries and lunches available. Central London office location. The opportunity to work on cutting edge projects with experts in their field and exciting clients. Private health insurance is a big bonus.

Cons

Salary could be higher but the argument is it's offset by the benefits. Development is largely self driven so you have to be of the right mindset to ensure you progress well and fight your corner to build your network internally.

Does Arup have a pension plan?

Pros

Reputation and size allows us to win varied, challenging, and fascinating work, while we're small enough to operate in small regions without excessive financial and business management getting in the way of being able to deliver work autonomously. Being employee owned, the incentive to earn your own profit share is far more satisfying than finding out how much was paid to shareholders.

Cons

Not the best pay in the industry and you can earn more elsewhere for a similar role. However, the additional benefits offered (good pension scheme, healthcare, life insurance, holiday allowance, work flexibility etc) provide a better life balance by far.
