This school was an awful place to work. Management constantly pitted staff against each other, didn’t pay teachers on time (or sometimes at all), and failed to provide any teaching materials. Teachers were regularly left in the dark about cancelled classes, which made planning impossible. The root of all these problems is the director of studies, whose incompetence feels almost malicious. There are many other serious issues, making this one of the worst employers I’ve experienced. Work/life balance is non existent as they will schedule classes all over the place. They don't care about their students either, consistently lying to them. Avoid if you can, which shouldn't be an issue as there are many other schools in Naples that need teachers constantly, and they're all better than this joke of a school.

The financial conditions in this sector in Andorra are not particularly favorable. The work often involves very long hours, with schedules that start early in the morning and extend into the late evening, leading to a demanding routine.
