A lot of changes since Boomerieux take over, some are okay but most are geared with profit in mind over putting people first

Pay Lack of priorities HR takes a long time

Constantly acquiring and not properly integrating acquired companies quickly or seamlessly so it causes a lot of discrepancies in work expectations, culture, benefits, pay, and workload between the locations. Also a lack of training of new hires and managers basically taking no part in training new hires.

Work life balance has historically been a strength of this company, but in the past two years it has not been as favorable.

Don’t have anything right now in particular

Starting to see some undesirable individuals being hired that appear to be involved in some elicit activities. Also job placements needs to be desired. Buddy Buddy system brings in unqualified new hires over the more qualified people. It creates a sometimes frustrating work environment. Certain production area's are toxic and confrontational. You really have to be careful.

General workforce is weak in business sense, overall does not have a high performance culture
