The company has experienced a lot of turnover and has very bad upper management. Verbal intimidation and harresment is very common. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

My experience working under the current leadership over the Talent Acquisition Team was extremely challenging. Despite inheriting a well-established and successful team, their leadership approach led to significant disruption. Many experience employees were "let go" seemingly due to their willingness to question new strategies. There were frequent inconsistencies in how data was presented to the business, creating concerns about transparency. Promises of raises were made and not fulfilled, and salary discussions were shared inappropriately among team members. These practices ultimately created a difficult work environment, and I would caution potential employees to thoroughly evaluate the workplace culture before joining. Their use of manipulation and deceptive communication created an incredibly difficult environment, unlike anything I've encountered before.
