Owned by the French and as a result of remote leadership, leadership tends to suffer or be not as engaged as other companies I have worked for.. Either leadership sometimes seems too strict or the current efforts of employees are not considered.

New attendance policy aimed at letting go of hourly employees when they already have a very difficult time keeping them. Pay is subpar, raises are subpar, pay differential is subpar. No matter what they say you absolutely cannot change your shift until you hit your yearly anniversary. HR does a bait and switch on a lot of promises. The company does a global survey but it doesn't enact change because all concerns for pay and shifts are swept under the rug.
