-Extremely high-stress work environment -Constant/high rate of employee turnover and understaffing -On-Call pay does not adequately compensate for time spent working after hours. -Management does not account for understaffing during performance reviews. You can give your all to the team and still not be rewarded/valued from a professional development and raise point of view.
