I am so fortunate to work with some of the most hard working and inspiring people across the industry, from all the amazing carers who provide exception care to our clients, through to every level of management in the head office teams. People are kind, dedicated, committed and passionate about the work they do, and the outcomes achieved together.

I have been very fortunate in my time with TGCG as I have had great supportive managers who have invested in my personal development. I have attended training which has helped with my leadership and coaching skills and has been of great value to me. I work in the London office two days a week but also have the ability to work from home too which gives a great work life balance.
