      They are the BEST company regarding to healthcare

      Pros

      They are very supportive whenever we need help , the office always have an answer for our requests or doubts. The care management also is a great team . or at least i have been lucky with my care manager. All of we know this is not an easy job but most of we are well rewarded. The team training is very good , Sam , Paris are remarkable people.

      Cons

      Sometimes we have difficult placements , but we can always refuse them , our punish is they make us wait , but i understand. The plan care not always is completely trustful and sometimes instead of saying that we can do it , should ask first . To give an example it comes in my current plan care that we should sore "holes" in clothes , no one asked me if i was able to do it , and no I am not, so first is better to ask us and then write the plan care, because not all care assistant do such things.

      Pros

      I'm with the Good Care Group for almost a year and I've been more than satisfied with all the support and help provided by the company whenever needed. Every single department of the organisation works in the best interest of the both employees and the clients. Extremely capable scheduling, managers as well. I highly recommend the Good Care Group.
