      A stepping stone in an emerging industry

      Emerging industry, head-start leadership, strong product focus, innovation driven, financially healthy, M&A plans, global expansion

      Cons

      There is little career path you can see from this company and employee development is almost non existent. They tend to take a reactive approach and often times you see a lack of long term strategies.

      Emerging technology, marketing leader in 3D printing prototyping business

      Cons

      - Management vision and execution is so bad that I will give negative 5-star rating if I am allowed to - There is no process, no one takes accountability, finger pointing culture is deep in the blood of the company - Organization re-structuring occurs frequently, lead to quick turnaround of employees. After re-structuring, there are additional responsibilities to the employees but with no resources added. - Business initiatives cannot be executed because the approval process is a joke - I won't recommend this company to any of my friend

      Company shifting direction every other year, and leadership not trusting team in the field, more team meetings for reports than actually getting to work
