Additionally, the strong influence from Israel can complicate work for those outside the region, adding to the challenges. Communication is a continuous struggle for Stratasys, people leave and you don't find out until you try to reach out to them. Nor do you know who to communicate with in their place.

Cross team alignment is not always optimal, which can create inefficiencies, although this is acknowledged and active efforts are being made to improve it. Career growth is encouraged in principle but can be challenging during financially tough periods.
