      Great people and products, but poor leadership and growth

      - Great people at the Cambridge office. - Interesting products.

      Cons

      - The 3d printing market is struggling, especially, for high end printers - No strategy for overcoming the current and long term challenges that the industry faces - Very silo-ed with a not made here mentality across various sections of the business - Abysmal senior leadership - Non-existent career growth

      Awesome company with a great team and boss

      Pros

      I was there in 2017. GD won't let me select anything earlier. Anyway, awesome company. Worked on 3D printers. Tested their software and hardware - CAD system.

      Cons

      Not sure any CONS apply. It was a good and fun job. Team was cool. Boss was awesome.
