All the reviews who wrote very good work life balance were forced to write to make image of the company good, there is no such thing as work life balance in the company and the CEO proudly says that you have to work no matter what the office timings are. 1. Frequent Layoffs. 2. No clear vision. 3. Loss making for last 2 years. 4. Hardly any money left to pay to employees. 5. Very worst cultures. 6. Even if you are performing good you can be asked to leave over night. 7. They do not even provide proper compensation in case of layoffs. 8. They are not able to sell their product to users. 9. They have fired leadership as well when they were not aligning with the ideas. 10. If you want to destroy your career please join Squadstack. I guess you will understand there are 100 of cons in this company.

Even after late working hours (e.g., leaving at 10 PM), employees may be asked to brainstorm overnight and present solutions the next morning. Basic employee benefits such as occasional goodies, quality snacks/meals, or cab facilities are noticeably lacking. Multiple teams operate with chronic shortages of bandwidth. Managers often overlook the well-being of their team members, resulting in high attrition and significant difficulty in hiring replacements.
