Pros

There is some flexibility but company had some people Andnsuccess team. They are ruining the culture and flexibility. You will hardly see leadership teams calendar marked or their HRMS. But they want whole organization to follow stupid rules. Does even success team maintain themselves all these things. Some people here being since ages doesn't mean company belongs to them

Cons

Too much tracking Uncertainty Layoff So much restructuring Giving less hike Following stupid policies

Pros

- If you want to explore what kind of company you don't want to work for, or how to kill your self esteem, or how to become a bully leader, Squadstack is the place to be - Managers who have stuck here are the ones who were lucky enough to join at the start of the company. So they enjoy good paychecks with little to no work and constant bullying of interns, junior employees

Cons

- 3 layoffs have happened right in front of me and others continue. - No vision, no strategy. - Company is burning investors money by traveling to places like Goa in the name of work. - Work is monotonous and has no scope of growth. - They sing the "people matter" anthem, but are extremely toxic in nature. - Immature and inexperienced professionals.

Pros

Free Food and 10 percent good people in management. SquadStack’s actual rating should be around 1.5/5, but don’t be misled by inflated reviews influenced by their marketing team. The company struggles with poor management, silent layoffs, and a complete deviation from its original vision. If you watch the initial SquadStack pitch video by the founder, you’ll quickly realize that the company today does the exact opposite of what was promised. The management lacks a clear direction, and employees face instability, broken commitments, and a lack of growth opportunities. Even if you get something in writing or an official email, don’t count on it – they can change their stance overnight.

Cons

Layoffs & Silent Layoffs – Job security is a myth here. Vision-Deviated Leadership – The CEO lacks strategic clarity. Underutilization of On-Roll Employees – Many full-time hires have little to no meaningful work. Intern Exploitation – Interns are given menial tasks rather than real learning opportunities. Pointless Perks – Free food is their only real benefit.

Pros

There are no pros at all

Cons

The company is unstable and lacks direction, with silent layoffs all the time and no clear planning from top management. The leadership appears indifferent and ineffective, allowing long-serving employees to dominate and manipulate the culture to suit their interests, unchecked by higher management. Junior employees are routinely exploited, with no intervention or support from the so-called People Success team, which seems utterly compromised and corrupt. The lack of accountability and a dysfunctional culture make this an exceptionally toxic workplace.

Pros

Has good network of agents working for them Some product which seems to work in remote set of use cases Founder connect with other people

Cons

The organization structure keeps shifting from PODs to GMs and back, causing instability. AOP goals constantly change direction—from X to Y to Z—making it difficult to maintain focus. Sales teams lack the freedom to sell effectively, with no control over pricing, while sales support is handled by inexperienced, homegrown talent. There’s a clear gap in understanding the product’s shortcomings, and no meaningful efforts are being made to address or improve them. Disproportionate compensation packages are given to technology teams and those close to the founder, while others are forced to resort to extreme measures, like resignation threats, to negotiate better terms. Over the past 10 months, the company has seen two major layoffs, the departure of a cofounder, and the exit of several key executives. BEWARE: decisions about talent often swing wildly—they may consider firing someone one day and suddenly label them as indispensable the next.

Pros

None as I can mention

Cons

All the reviews who wrote very good work life balance were forced to write to make image of the company good, there is no such thing as work life balance in the company and the CEO proudly says that you have to work no matter what the office timings are. 1. Frequent Layoffs. 2. No clear vision. 3. Loss making for last 2 years. 4. Hardly any money left to pay to employees. 5. Very worst cultures. 6. Even if you are performing good you can be asked to leave over night. 7. They do not even provide proper compensation in case of layoffs. 8. They are not able to sell their product to users. 9. They have fired leadership as well when they were not aligning with the ideas. 10. If you want to destroy your career please join Squadstack. I guess you will understand there are 100 of cons in this company.
