The work environment has been in a constant downfall since the beginning of the year.. No wifi access is given to the employees (ironic considering we work at a “service provider” company. Remote working policy has been changed without any official communication and no negotiation is even listened to (while some employees remain at 50%, others need to work 70% from the office) This decision was taken without any communication from upper management, nor any visibility of the goal behind it..
