      Disappointing experience due to lack of support from management and HR

      Pros

      The company has a strong brand and offers exposure to professional processes and enterprise clients. Some colleagues were cooperative and the work environment had potential. The role itself could have been a good learning opportunity.

      Cons

      My overall experience was not good mainly because of poor support from both the head of department and HR. When the team faced a serious issue caused by another employee creating conflict and disrupting the team, the situation was not handled properly. Instead of addressing the behavior and protecting the team, management and HR were not supportive, which created stress and reduced trust in leadership.

      Nice Environment, Helpful Colleagues, On Time Salary and Reasonable shifts

      Cons

      Poor Management decisions and lack of business orientation. Ineffective management, politics and conservative mindset. Unnecessary Focus on employees and other aspects along with unjustified cost cutting instead of business. Lack of Opportunities - Minimum appraisal and almost no vertical growth. No synchronization between entities and their respective management.
