- Generous PTO - Multicultural

Cons

- Salaries are way below industry average. No pay raises or adjustments. - Healthcare plans are very expensive to employees. 401K match is subpar. - Incompetent & Tone Deaf Leadership. - Falling behind in technology offerings and the business strategy is severely outdated. - Many talents are leaving from across most Engineering teams. - Non-existing opportunity for career growth. - Old mindset, slow, bureaucratic, no transparency, no accountability, toxic environment at times of crises. - Salaries are significantly below the industry average, with no pay raises or adjustments. - Healthcare plans are costly for employees, and the 401K match is below standard. - Leadership is often incompetent, tone-deaf, and out of touch with employees. - The company is falling behind in technology and relies on an outdated business strategy. - Talented employees are leaving across most Engineering teams due to dissatisfaction. - There are virtually no opportunities for career growth or professional development. - The company culture is outdated, slow, and bureaucratic, with a lack of transparency and accountability. The environment can become toxic, especially during crises. - Safe zone for the lazy & mediocre.

Pros

Generous PTO Ideal workplace for those comfortable with mediocrity.

Cons

This company used to be an exciting place with cutting-edge technology and smart people, even if the pay was never competitive. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. The organization is now in serious decline losing money month after month, struggling with an empty sales pipeline, and going through major layoffs roughly every six months. Leadership has become the biggest liability. Since the current CEO took over, she’s built a circle of poorly qualified executives who seem more focused on self-preservation than fixing the core problems. That culture of mediocrity has trickled all the way down. The company’s strategy now revolves around closing sites in higher-cost countries and replacing experienced teams with cheaper labor overseas but even those engineers are underpaid and unsupported, which only compounds the dysfunction. It’s heartbreaking to watch what was once a great company fall apart like this. Unless there’s a complete overhaul of leadership and direction, I’d strongly recommend steering clear.

Pros

The company has a strong brand and offers exposure to professional processes and enterprise clients. Some colleagues were cooperative and the work environment had potential. The role itself could have been a good learning opportunity.

Cons

My overall experience was not good mainly because of poor support from both the head of department and HR. When the team faced a serious issue caused by another employee creating conflict and disrupting the team, the situation was not handled properly. Instead of addressing the behavior and protecting the team, management and HR were not supportive, which created stress and reduced trust in leadership.
