Pros

The education and training was top notch, I went in with quite a bit of knowledge already, but left feeling like an expert on terpenes, cannabinoids, and consumption methods.

Cons

It was as bad as working for Walmart in terms of feeling valued, safe, appreciated, or viewed as a human and not just a budtending robot. Management wasn't kind at my store, and said some pretty awful things like shaming us for not being able to afford to opt in to the companies health insurance options (I have a family, maybe it makes sense for single people but it didn't for me and the DM basically called me stupid), or rather aggressively demanding we make long dangerous drives during a snowstorm to get to work ("No excuses for poor planning", even though I was a transplant who had never driven in snow before I had a 50+ minute commute over a bridge where someone died sliding off an ice ramp in to the river mere days after I quit because of the tone of the meeting in reference). It also didn't seem like people stick around long, I wasn't the only one with a short tenure here.

Pros

30% discount and tips. that's it.

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees and would rather fire you than have to deal with anything. No sick leave, pto accrual minuscule, immature coworkers and management, Management seems very young and unable to handle their jobs. Constant mistakes, very poor organization. No rules enforced. Everyone always watching what they say in case the one ass-kissing employee runs to management with an irrelevant complaint. Hours not promised or guaranteed, prepare to have your hours cut without warning or explanation. If this is your only job you're gonna be homeless, unless you or someone you live with has a second income. Scheduling is incompetent. Do not work here. Zero stars. Management thinks you're disposable and doesn't care if you have human needs. They should hire robots instead.

Pros

Goody bags, nice regulars, and some good coworkers

Cons

Managements cuts corners, makes guards scan invalid ID's, understaffs shifts to save money, micromanages and watches employees like a hawk, will drop you with no warning, does not care about the safety of their staff, the insurance and benefits are not good. Normal shop toxicity and drama. Do not work here unless you absolutely have to.

Pros

I genuinely used to think there were some. Cool coworkers in my case mostly.

Cons

Upper management doesn't care, literally they tell you this to your face. Let's senior employees go over small discrepancies or issues in an attempt to save payroll. Unorganized. No chance for promotions really anymore. Policies change without notice. Fires employees for enforcing policies they expect to be enforced.

Pros

30% off with employee discount

Cons

Terribly awful management full of nepotism. Greedy owners who could care less about the people who make them all their money. Monopolized the industry by opening too many stores and creating crappy products.
