Pros
The education and training was top notch, I went in with quite a bit of knowledge already, but left feeling like an expert on terpenes, cannabinoids, and consumption methods.
Cons
It was as bad as working for Walmart in terms of feeling valued, safe, appreciated, or viewed as a human and not just a budtending robot. Management wasn't kind at my store, and said some pretty awful things like shaming us for not being able to afford to opt in to the companies health insurance options (I have a family, maybe it makes sense for single people but it didn't for me and the DM basically called me stupid), or rather aggressively demanding we make long dangerous drives during a snowstorm to get to work ("No excuses for poor planning", even though I was a transplant who had never driven in snow before I had a 50+ minute commute over a bridge where someone died sliding off an ice ramp in to the river mere days after I quit because of the tone of the meeting in reference). It also didn't seem like people stick around long, I wasn't the only one with a short tenure here.
