Having been on-boarded remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic with a quality of process the likes of which I have never seen before I started off with an amazing impression of my new company. The level of investment in research and development is insane with an in-house training portal that promotes self-learning across all employees. Culture is important here - colleagues feel like family even though I have only spoken to them via video conference and the organisation promotes work-life balance for all. Management are approachable and present at all times, delegation of responsibilities is handled really well too. Given my experience to-date, I think Microlise should be the top of every quality engineers list of places to work. Benefits package is also up their with the best.
