1. Team-mates are very helpful and share their product knowledge when you approach them.
2. Open door policy, upper management people listens to your concerns and acts upon it.

4. Managers are also nice, listens to your problems also think and take action about individual growth plan.
5. Appreciation and recognitions are there for the hardworking and for knowledgeable employee.
6. Good technical senior people are their in each departments like DGC, Solution designers and tech ops in India branch who help you promptly when needed before we reach to UK people.

Journey management is one of the best department to work for in every aspect.
Cons
1. LinkedIn learning can be replaced by Udemy or by Pluralsight again - these has better content.
2. Still some dependency on UK people in term SRE work, security tools blah blah, architectural decision still taken from there, Need to have local BA from India branch.
