Extremely weak leadership, bad salary, HR introduced new grading system where everyone was assigned grade 1 or 2 out of 5 and now it will go in our reference letters!!!, HR is a failure, managers have 30-50 direct reports and leadership is in competition with their direct reports all the time. Dont make the mistake of ruining your career - they tell you something different but inside its really empty. Recent changes are too many and really a lot.

Low salaries that are not aligned with the market.

No salary increase, small salaries in general compared to other companies. Salary increase is one of the biggest motivation to grow and no bonus can change it, even if you have big Growth company. Additionally small possibilities to grow as there is no guidance, feels like the whole growth compain is just on the paper. Mess in the management level as in most of the big companies, but still manageable. Processes are quite slow in this company in general, sometimes OKR related topics can be solved in 1 month instead of 6, just because of miscommunication on a different levels in the company. Additional minus is possibility to work from abroad only for 1 month while other digital competitors let you work up to 6 months per year from EU.
