1) No onboarding to the new employees, organised by HR or the responsible parties, regarding company culture, agile practices and responsibilities of each role in the team 2) Little to no involvement of the people manager in the growth of the people below them 3) Too many redundant and not needed meetings and no time to focus on actually doing our jobs 4) Meetings where the responsible people come unprepared 4) Little to no ownership of the work that is done 5) Not having a clear company strategy and what there is to achieve in the near future

False growth expectation, they sent all external engineers packing Pretty stagnant

No salary increase, small salaries in general compared to other companies. Salary increase is one of the biggest motivation to grow and no bonus can change it, even if you have big Growth company. Additionally small possibilities to grow as there is no guidance, feels like the whole growth compain is just on the paper. Mess in the management level as in most of the big companies, but still manageable. Processes are quite slow in this company in general, sometimes OKR related topics can be solved in 1 month instead of 6, just because of miscommunication on a different levels in the company. Additional minus is possibility to work from abroad only for 1 month while other digital competitors let you work up to 6 months per year from EU.
