- Since 2025, the company’s direction has significantly declined. After replacing the former CEO, leadership has felt more performative than effective, with an excessive focus on optics and KPIs rather than real substance (5 Rolex and counting up). - The newly hired CTO has shown little meaningful leadership from an employee perspective, while staff morale has suffered under growing concerns about job security.

1) No onboarding to the new employees, organised by HR or the responsible parties, regarding company culture, agile practices and responsibilities of each role in the team 2) Little to no involvement of the people manager in the growth of the people below them 3) Too many redundant and not needed meetings and no time to focus on actually doing our jobs 4) Meetings where the responsible people come unprepared 4) Little to no ownership of the work that is done 5) Not having a clear company strategy and what there is to achieve in the near future
