Too many administrative problems and poorly payed for the energy spend/helpfulness

-low pay compared to other companies. -declining benefits and job perks. -increasing hours and duties. -poor equipment. -work in extreme cold/heat. -increasing corporatization.

They don't communicate expectations, important info, or scheduling changes, and blame the employees if they dont find that information themselves. The manager is condescending, passive-aggressive, and unreasonable. Kinda feels like she's on a power trip. I've had 11 managers throughout the jobs I've had and she is the worst by an unbelievable margin. Disorganized workplace, scammy practices, zero desire to help customers, all around just not a good job.

Management does not care about peoples personal situations. They claim to "do the right thing" yet throw the field worker under the bus as soon as any decision does not work in the company's favor.

Growth, Service, Training, Pay, Not many cons

Minimum pay and lots of health concerning work because spraying dangerous chemicals all day.

Benefits aren’t the best, no 401k.

The pay was not the best.
