Work-life balance is basically nonexistent. Schedules are overloaded with no proper time allocated for lunch, meaning technicians are expected to work nonstop all day. This kind of planning shows a clear lack of respect for employees’ time and well-being. Overall, disorganized operations, unreasonable expectations, and poor management make this a very frustrating place to work.
