I think they could use a better training policy. You could end up to a job expected to do something you hadn't done before. Generally training was good, but I felt techs could benefit from more thorough training. You may also have to deal with upset customers who aren't happy with the service.

Extremely poor experience working at Insight Pest Solutions. Management forces employees to work at least two weekend days per month during the summer, with absolutely no flexibility or choice. Work-life balance is basically nonexistent. Schedules are overloaded with no proper time allocated for lunch, meaning technicians are expected to work nonstop all day. This kind of planning shows a clear lack of respect for employees’ time and well-being. Overall, disorganized operations, unreasonable expectations, and poor management make this a very frustrating place to work.
