I can honestly say that I love my Job. I can also honestly say I really love the people I work with. I used to hate getting up for work everyday but that is not a problem working for ISP.
I work with a great group of managers and believe I have the best group of techs that a manger can work with.
My direct management are great as well. They are clear and tell us what the want. Expectations are clearly set and you don;t have to question where you stand. They also are there for you and they encourage communication and collaboration among mangers and we all use each other a s a resource. No one feels burdened or made to feel as a burden.
I Love taking care of my clients and love dealing with people. Of course you have your occasionally difficult client but that the nature for the business we are in. Like any other business we are service company and our clients are the reasons we are in business.
Cons
The only thing is that we are seriously busy during the spring and summer months. That is our busy season and when we add clients.
It can be stressful and long hours but we have a great support team and we get it done. Its only 4 to 5 months out of the year so it is worth it.
