Hybrid work environment is beginning. No more work from home. Clients can be very demanding. A lot of days, work spills over into after hours

No work life balance Work load is always high No employee engagement No benifits for working more than expected

Flexibility sometimes affects personal life. Poor salary according to industry standards for the experience. Micro Management, Poor Managers with low EQ. Flaws in Reporting structure and so on.

1. Toxic environment - Managers start escalting even before transition is compelete from fisrt week of joining 2. Low pay - overall pay and increments are below avg 3. Politics - lot of politic, no one will back you and you are on your own from fay one 4. Work Quality - Quality of work is low and there is no defined scope of work for any role. You will find yourself trapped doing HR, Finance, admin work 5. No planning or discussion at the time of project allocation to any member. They will not even ask if you have bandwidth and will keep tagging you in project as they come. 6. They spend most of the time in documentation and audits which should not be the case. And after spending hours in uploading same document at 4 different places and attending hours long audit call, expectationsl is deliver everything on time

No increase in salary as deserved

Poor management, very corporate, very poor commission
