      Good Organization to learn leadership qualities and implement it in day to day activities.

      Cons

      Organization has a lot of resources who have begun their careers in Indegene and are now in senior positions. Some of them do not appreciate ideas and working styles of people who come from other corporates because they are not comfortable outside their zones of comfort.
