Pros

Strong product and good market presence. Good exposure to enterprise-level work.

Cons

Leadership transition has created uncertainty. Co-founder Samir’s passing and Monish stepping away have significantly changed the leadership structure. High pressure around AI initiatives; in many teams, this translates into long working hours (12–15 hours a day) and frequent weekend work. Internal politics and favoritism affect morale. Frequent silent layoffs and ongoing concerns about job stability. Ongoing market discussions about a possible sale (reportedly involving Goldman Sachs, with figures around ₹45,000 crore being mentioned) have added to the uncertainty. There is also concern among employees about a possible round of layoffs around June. Think carefully before joining. The workload expectations and current environment may not suit everyone, so it’s worth evaluating based on your priorities and long-term goals.
