Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter and interviewed with a hiring manager within a week. During the interview he accused me a cheating with chatgpt after hearing my keyboard typing as I took notes (I wasn't) When I described a process but was unable to spell out an acronym like it was a school exam, he told me I had misrepresented myself and my knowledge area. Definitely feel like I dodged a bullet, as the company touts integrity and respect, I received none of that during the interview. He also bragged about working 14 hours days as if that was a desirable aspect of the job.
The interview process included an online assessment, a technical interview, and a final behavioral round. Candidates were evaluated on problem-solving, communication skills, and cultural fit throughout each stage. The were really nice during the process

Interview
On a particularly hot day, I was contacted directly by the recruiter and invited for an in-person interview for a senior sales role. I attended the discussion as scheduled, with consistent coordination from the recruiter, Rakhi Pukale, prior to the meeting to ensure I reached the venue on time.
The interaction with the business stakeholder was positive—he was professional, modest, and reasonable in his approach. I left the interview with a good impression, anticipating further feedback.
However, post-interview, there was no communication from the recruitment team. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and messages, I did not receive any response.
While I continue to hold Icertis in high regard for its strong brand and market reputation, this experience was disappointing. A lack of closure—whether in the form of feedback, acknowledgment, or even a formal rejection—can impact candidate perception.
I hope the Talent Acquisition team continues to uphold the company’s brand value by ensuring a more responsive and respectful candidate experience going forward.
