Pros
Category leading enterprise solution. They know what needs to be done to make the sale (pre-sales team is very skilled). Great roster of customers and well known global brands. CLM is still a high growth category.
Cons
Implementations....most enterprise clients have struggled to get their solution up and running in a timely fashion. Time to value is not good. Under-investment in their back end teams. Org decided to hire more salespeople rather than the skilled ps resources to get the most critical and recognizable brands up and going on their solutions - horrible business decision. Frustrated customers - complaints about time to value, ongoing issues post-implementation (even with paid support), licensing fees, and the constant pressure to buy more quickly even before recently sold solutions can bring value to the org.
