Pros

There are very few pros to working for Icertis. They used to offer free lunch in the offices but that has discontinued.

Cons

Beware of any company that talks about their values. In the case of Icertis, they say its FORTE: Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork, and who knows what that last one is. I can’t even recall because fairness / openness / teamwork / respect are NOT part of the real experience of working here. Icertis isn’t a train that’s going off the rails. It’s a train that went off the rails, fell into a river, and claimed it’s been a submarine this whole time. There is no driver; EVERYONE says they’re steering. There is no direction; EVERYTHING is what we are doing. The whole experience here has soured me on tech. The management, the executives, the dark cloud that hangs over the place. You look around and you see that nobody is happy.

Pros

I would not suggest joining Icertis in the Customer Support role. In my experience, the cons are much more than the pros.

Cons

Work-life balance is very poor – Because of constant work pressure and ticket load, even after work, you keep thinking about tickets. This affects personal life and creates stress in family life too. Very long working hours – Most of the time, you need to work 12–14 hours. Because of continuous targets and workload, burnout happens and there is no time for yourself. Only target pressure – More focus is on completing tickets in numbers rather than doing quality work. Expectations are often unrealistic. Warning letters and fear – Even for small mistakes, warning letters can be given. In some cases, employees may also get fired. Because of this, there is always job insecurity and fear. If someone is reading this review and thinking of joining, my suggestion is don’t join. But if you still want to be sure, talk to ex-employees on LinkedIn—they will tell you the real situation honestly.
