Lack of staff and short lunch

Very short staffed all over the hospital

The pay is lower than some other facilities which has motivated a lot of people to go elsewhere.

FGH truly doesn’t care about their patients and they definitely don’t care about their staff. Pay is ONLY competitive when you are a new hire. No respect for experienced staff because they can replace you with a new grad. Run, don’t walk. Not a good place to work.

Administration cares about nothing but making money. At the cost of the patients safety and the nurses license.

Low pay for the Amount of work.

Forrest General as a company in general does not appreciate its employees. They can not keep good nurses, good techs, basically anyone. They do not give raises. As a result, otherwise excellent employees make almost zero effort to go the extra mile; and why should they?

Upper management only cares about their image not there coworkers

Pay not equal to job duties; Unrealistic expectations; Rude employees, mainly people in supervisory roles
