They will work you to death with no appreciation, nurse to patient ratio is horrible. You will end up stressed out, worn down, and mentally whipped. If you try to leave, they will try their best to prevent you from obtaining another job by giving bad references. In my situation, I had all I could take, and left without giving a two week notice but I did finish my shift and clocked out. They were telling references that I simply walked off the job in the middle of my shift and if that were true, I would have lost my license. Needless to say, most prospective employers saw right through that and hired me anyway. Unless you plan on staying there until all your parts stop working, I would not work there, the only loyalty they have, is to themselves. The best thing there was the coworkers.
