Can be over-focused on high volume at times, leading to staffing issues, with consequent high rate of burnout for nurses. It seems to this is being evaluated and addressed

Access to heatlhcare. It’s a job.

The entire company. Terrible leadership. Accrue occurrences anytime you use your Sick PTO-punished for using what you’ve earned. Have zero respect for work life balance. Micromanage. Toxic work environment.
