Cross-training is at manager's discretion and requests may not be granted, meaning no hourly pay increases. The hourly pay + tips is drastically overestimated on their job postings. Bartenders are box office on quiet days because they send box office personnel home. This is uncompensated, and bartenders do not get gratuity off of ticket sales or make any extra money from filling two roles.

There is minimal appreciation for the work being done, and recognition tends to go to the wrong people. Leadership often lacks technical accounting knowledge and relies heavily on team members to correct issues. When problems arise, employees receive the blame rather than support. Workloads are unrealistic, and boundaries are not respected. Expectations continue even during medical leave or personal emergencies. Process documentation and responsibilities are pushed heavily on individuals without adequate support or transition planning. Psychological stress is high, and burnout is common.

Working with the product given is saddening, even more so with how expensive it is to the guests.
