Favorites and shady treatment of hourly employees. Was told I had to write someone up weekly. Just to show off I guess. Management will give multiple answers for the same question. Then blame you when you get it wrong. Everyone is out for themselves and will stab you in the back as soon as you leave the room!

Management and a whole lot of favoritism- very hard to move up in the company if you are not friends with someone in a leadership role.

there is obvious favoritism and even rumors of inappropriate relationships between management and staff. The staff that has been there for a while are not welcoming to new employees for some reason. unless you’re in high school or ur early 20s you do not want to waste your time there.

Management is flaky at best and puts their own egos over the business. Expects complete 24/7 availability with seemingly on-call ability but consistantly leaves peoples schedules light with only one short shift a week.

low pay, favoritism, no opportunity for growth of management isn't your personal friend, lots of cliques
