When the current plan doesn't work they do layoffs/restructuring instead of focusing more about what customers want.

Could be more forthcoming with potential decisions

- Pretend to be "pro mental health," but in reality they could care less - Two-faced management - Expect favoritism to be common - HR is shady... do NOT trust them - Management will happily blame you for things that are not your fault (and actually THEIR fault) to save face - Profits over people... "oopsie, we're restructuring again for the 1,000,000th time bc bizness, looks like there's gonna be layoffs..."
