The company is struggling financially. Many people were frustrated with lack of upward mobility and unclear direction from leadership leading to worsening culture and major attrition

Isolating, salary, can tedious, little or no interaction with colleagues.

- Lots of re-orgs and turnover

Firm doesn't make as much money as it was expected to to justify current investments, which is why it's trying to find new revenue sources. This has led to a few layoff rounds.

There are constant changes - reorgs, layoffs, new leadership, etc. Some things are unnecessarily complex and cumbersome but the new direction is focused on tackling this Limited promotions and opportunities for career advancement in general

- Pretend to be "pro mental health," but in reality they could care less - Two-faced management - Expect favoritism to be common - HR is shady... do NOT trust them - Management will happily blame you for things that are not your fault (and actually THEIR fault) to save face - Profits over people... "oopsie, we're restructuring again for the 1,000,000th time bc bizness, looks like there's gonna be layoffs..."

- Leadership is flailing, with no clear vision and zero transparency. - "Strategy" changes from month-to-month in a desperate attempt to chase short-term revenue. - Benefits have almost all been stripped away (bonuses too). - Multiple rounds of layoffs (both public and silent) with increasing hostility towards employees. - The business model is fundamentally broken and likely impossible to fix. - Given recent news the company will probably be sold for parts within the next year or so.
