Pros
People at work cared about each-other. Always had parties, free lunch and snacks employees. Training was awesome. They trained you on everything. Work was manageable easy to perform. If you needed help everyone had your back and will jump in to assist.
Cons
No room for growth. Management always give empty promises for promotion and advancement. Can’t do anything unless they get it approved by corporate.

Local branch was very nice to work with.
Cons
Training program is unstructured. Throws you into random groups such as warehouse and showroom and nothing relevant to your sales role, then expects you to master them. Corporate is unhelpful, the sales trainer failed to be supportive.
