Usually short staffed Management is focused on wrong things

Training was very poor coming from outside the industry. There was a 12 week crash course that every position in the company has to take and that was it. I had a ride along with my boss once and software critical to the role was never provided to me. Management had great plans for growth but they frequently changed and made meeting sales goals difficult. I felt supported but things felt a bit fly by night and it was sometimes difficult to get support.

Poor management , unorganized, toxic work environment

benefits are not the best, health care is more expensive than many comparable or better plans. 401k match is insignificant

Lots of red tape since it is a larger company, so it does take a lot of time to implement changes and to track down the right contacts. You are just a number, but you can find good people to work with.
