Pros
-There are some very smart people who are switched on and care about their work and maintaining business ethics. -Generous, top-tier employee benefits
Cons
-Marc Benioff is an arrogant, pompous, tone-deaf, hypocritical CEO -Too many useless middle managers that end up micro-managing their direct reports in order to justify their existence. -Employee Success (SFDC's HR function) is really only there to protect the company not the actual employee. I reported my manager twice for unprofessional, disrespectful behaviour that included lying which could be proven via Slack messages and ES did absolutely nothing. The official response I received was "we are committed to coaching (redacted) to be a better manager, blah, blah blah". You cannot "coach" a middle-aged man into being a good human especially when his cultural background lends itself to sexism and viewing women as less-than.** **I see ES responding on here to some former employee complaints. Please don't waste your time with responding to me because you already had your opportunity and you blew it. Things got so bad I had no choice but to resign in order to protect my mental health.
